The main winner of the 2024 Royal Press Photography Competition has been announced with an image of a predatory shark from above. Organized this year in partnership with the Royal Photographic Society (RPS), the competition showcases incredible images that shed new light on hidden scientific phenomena.
This year’s overall winner, Dr Angela Albeeis a postdoctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Animal Behavior who studies predator-prey relationships in shark and shoal interactions.
