The eighth public beta of iOS 18 was made available on the eve of the release of the official version

Apple has released the eighth and probably the last developer beta for iOS 18, iPadOS 18, macOS Sequoia, visionOS 2, and tvOS 18.

According to 9to5Mac, Apple will probably release the new version of the aforementioned operating systems to the general public in October. Usually, the latest beta version of iOS is released before the introduction of new iPhones.

Apple usually releases eight beta versions of its operating systems before public release. After that, the RC (Release Candidate) version for the new iPhone and Apple Watch models will be available.

There are no significant changes in the eighth beta of Apple’s new operating systems, and the company’s overall goal is to fix bugs, improve stability, and overall smoother performance.

Some of the prominent features of Apple’s new operating systems include more personalization capabilities on the home screen, the addition of a calculator application to the iPad, and the iPhone Mirroring feature in macOS Sequoia.
