Copilot Vision is one of the few Copilot features that requires an active Copilot Pro subscription. A Copilot Pro subscription costs $20 per month and provides access to Copilot in Office applications, priority access during peak hours, and Copilot Vision. The Copilot Vision preview is currently only available in the US and is in limited release.

Copilot can now understand what you’re doing online, says Microsoft in the description of Copilot Vision. “When you decide to activate Copilot Vision, it sees the site you’re on, reads along with you, and you can talk to Copilot about the problem you’re facing.”

Microsoft says Copilot Vision is built with privacy and security in mind and is completely optional and you can opt out of it. Additionally, all data viewed by Copilot Vision is deleted immediately upon termination. This feature requires an active internet connection to function.

Copilot Vision will only work on some websites in the initial preview. It also promises that the data it sees from online content will not be used to train AI models. Copilot Vision is part of the Edge browser and does not require a Copilot Plus computer because the AI ​​processing is done in the cloud.
