Exemption from the commission of driver users with special conditions in SNAP
Snap, since the beginning of its activity, has implemented various plans to improve the living conditions of driver users who have diseases or special conditions. Exemption of different groups of driver users suffering from certain diseases is one of these plans, which is in line with Snap’s business goals.
Previously, SNAP has implemented the commission exemption plan for driver users with disabilities, driver users with MS and hemophilia.
In 1402, Snap exempted more than 20,000 of its driver users from paying commissions in different groups. The value of these exemptions reaches more than 115 billion Tomans, and in total, more than 20,878,000 Snappy trips were exempted from commission payments last year.
