Samsung’s cheap 2024 phone with MediaTek chip was seen; The unveiling is near

Galaxy A16 with model number SM-A166P was spotted on Geekbench. Samsung’s cheap phone 2024 will apparently be powered by the Dimension 6300 chip.

According to MySmartPrice, Galaxy A16 has appeared on Geekbench with 6 GB of RAM. The latest Samsung phone was able to score 514 and 1464 in the single-core and multi-core sections, respectively.

The Galaxy A16 will probably have a configuration with eight GB of RAM. The new Samsung phone will probably go to the market with Android 14. On the other hand, apparently, the 4G Galaxy A16 model will be available alongside the 5G model with a different chip.

The Galaxy A15 uses a 6.5-inch LCD display with FHD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate, along with a 50-megapixel main camera, a 13-megapixel selfie camera, and a 5,000 mAh battery, and the Galaxy A16 can experience improvements in these areas. Currently, we do not know the price of the new Samsung phone.
