Is the One UI 7 beta coming to more Samsung phones?

Unlike previous years, Samsung has not been fast in releasing Android 15 for its phones, and One UI 7 is still in the beta phase; But will the beta version of this user interface be released for more devices?

For the past few years, Samsung has had a fairly specific schedule for releasing major updates, releasing their beta version first for the latest S-series phones. The beta version would be released to older flagships and foldable devices and tablets after a few weeks, and a little later more Korean products would receive the update in question.

Samsung released the first One UI 7 beta version for the Galaxy S24 series on December 5, 2024 after several delays. The latest Samsung flagships alone received the second version on December 16.

Samsung released the first and second beta versions of One UI 6 on August 11 and 31, 2023 (20 August and 9 September 1402), respectively, and then made it available to more devices on September 8, 2023 (17 September 1402). Finally, over time a wide range of Samsung phone models received the One UI 6 beta.

Currently, the development of the One UI 7 beta version has hit the Christmas holidays, and its progress will probably be slow due to the absence of employees. The Koreans are expected to speed up the development of the mentioned user interface in the coming weeks.

According to Samsung, the stable version of One UI 7 will be available for the first time with the Galaxy S25 series. This means that the stable version of the user interface will most likely be released in February (February and March) and at the same time as the sale of the Galaxy S25 family.

On the other hand, according to a whistleblower on the X social network, Samsung wants to run the One UI 7 beta program only with the Galaxy S24 series and has no plans to extend it to other phones.

Perhaps the Koreans want to avoid releasing One UI 7 to more devices to maneuver the features of the Galaxy S25 series. Note that the mentioned items are not definitive and maybe the beta version of the user interface will reach more phones.
