During Samsung’s developer conference in San Jose, the company announced that One UI 7 will be unveiled at the same time as the Galaxy S25 series.
One UI 7 is expected to experience significant design changes and focus more on artificial intelligence capabilities.
One of the new features of One UI 7 for Samsung phones is apparently called Galaxy Avatar. Not much is known about the feature, except that it will have Avatar Stickers and Avatar Camera options, and will allow users to design new outfits for their avatar. It is not yet clear if this feature will be a completely new approach to creating digital avatars or if it will simply be a rebranding of the AR Emoji feature.
More features are likely to be added to One UI 7.0 in the future as Samsung is still working on it. Samsung says One UI 7 will be a significant improvement over previous UIs.
The beta version of One UI 7 will be available to developers before the end of 2024.
