Asus new Zenbook Duo laptop with a processor Intel Core Ultra 9 285H is equipped.
Intel’s Arrow Lake laptop processors come in two versions, H and HX, which are targeted at entry-level and flagship laptops, respectively. These chips will enter the market in the first quarter of 2025. Now the list of the first model of Asus laptop equipped with Ultra 9 285H has been seen.
According to a reliable whistleblower at X, Emirati store Gear-Up has just listed the Zenbook Duo laptop model number UX8406CA for 1,421.93 Bahraini dinars (equivalent to about $3,679).
In the price range of the mentioned laptop, flagship gaming models with NVIDIA RTX 4080 or RTX 4090 graphics and advanced Intel processors are usually seen. According to previous rumors, it is expected that the price of the Asus laptop will drop to $2,890 after the official launch.
Zenbook Duo does not have discrete graphics and uses the internal Arc graphics of the Intel processor. Core Ultra 9 285H is equipped with 16 cores, including 6 high-power cores and 10 low-power cores, and lacks multi-threaded processing. This CPU operates with a base frequency of 3.7 GHz and a boost frequency of 5.4 GHz with a 24 MB cache and its thermal design power reaches 45 watts.
Being a 14-inch old Zenbook Duo laptop, it allows users to use any of the pages with any desired arrangement. The second screen can be installed under the keyboard, allowing you to use it as a regular laptop. Additionally, the keyboard is detachable, allowing both screens to act as dual monitors.
