According to Apple’s official statement, the company will release its crime podcast Scamtown, which is based on a true story, on August 26.
Apple’s 11-episode Crime Podcast, released every week, explores various types of fraud; From bizarre tricks to amazing heists. This podcast is by, James Lee Hernandez and Brian LazarteIt is narrated by the filmmakers nominated for the Emmy Award.
With the release of the crime podcast Scamtown, Apple promises that the stories in this podcast series will offer its audience a mix of terrifying moments, moral complexities and shocking oddities. The podcast delves into the details of various scams and introduces listeners to stories they may never have heard. Each episode is dedicated to a specific scam and tells the audience how it was carried out, the motivations behind it and the effects it had on the victims.
If you subscribe to Apple TV Plus, you will have access to all 11 episodes from the beginning. All you have to do is connect your Apple TV Plus to the Apple Podcasts app, and then the full season of Scamtown will be available to you when it’s released.
