In parallel with the economic, social and technological developments in the startup ecosystem and digital services, the question is now raised that for digital transformation in industries or large service areas that have more complexities in terms of interaction with governance stakeholders, restrictive regulations and business models, As for the energy sector, what should be done? Can solutions such as creating smart operators and IoT in industrial and service sectors speed up the growth of this sector? Can advances in artificial intelligence help in this area?

In the last and fourth seminar of this event, the challenges surrounding virtual space platforms called “Gane Kurd in Balkh Ahangari”, a discussion about the responsibility of platforms in the digital economy, have been considered. On the one hand, the unclear scope of the platforms’ obligations, as well as the related legal and regulatory criteria in dealing with them in our country, have caused untimely and noisy dealings with them. Temporary filtering, closing the bank payment portal, issuing judicial orders regarding the declaration of the CEO’s crime and the like have been some of these events in recent years. In this seminar, with the presence of a group of lawyers, platform managers, relevant officials and experts, they will examine this important issue and suggest ways to regulate it in the country.
