Dr. Behzad Abolalaei, Ph.D. in public administration with a focus on human resources management and a member of the faculty of the Industrial Management Organization, and Dr. Ahmed Hosni, the human resources manager of System Associates, are among the presenters of this seminar. In this seminar, while explaining the importance of functional management data and an integrated view of human resources performance management vertically and horizontally, the requirements, preparations and obstacles to its implementation in the organization will be examined.
